These terms govern your use of the Butt Lift mobile app and buttlift.app, operated by Cyber Phoenix Ltd. By using Butt Lift you agree to them.

1. Health and safety disclaimer

Butt Lift is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The exercises, plans and form feedback are general fitness information, not personalized medical guidance.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any cardiovascular, joint or other medical condition.
• Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical attention if it persists.
• The form scoring feature is an aid, not a substitute for professional coaching, and it may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it as your sole guide to safe technique.
• Injury options you select in the app adjust exercise selection, but they do not make the app safe for every condition. Your judgment and your doctor's advice come first.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Butt Lift.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Butt Lift is free to download and includes a free trial of the full subscription experience.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the payment method on your app store account is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
• Prices may change. Any change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you beforehand.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, resell or redistribute access to it, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

The Butt Lift name, logo, app, website, written content, imagery and training programs are owned by Cyber Phoenix Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you do not acquire ownership of anything in it.

6. Your content

Workout data you generate belongs to you and stays on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Results

We make no guarantee of specific fitness or aesthetic results. Outcomes depend on consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics and factors outside the app's control. Any before and after imagery on our website is illustrative and does not represent a promised outcome.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Butt Lift working well but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Phoenix Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Butt Lift, including injury resulting from exercise performed using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
